Probably the best BBQ joint in the Villages!
I have ordered take-out from 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Middletown several times, and gotten the "Messy Pig" sandwich every time. It is EXCELLENT although the name is very fitting. If you're not going to eat this right away, then get the bun on the side b/c it will fall apart in your hands. Tastes incredible though, so that doesn't bother me at all!
